Kim Kardashian is ready for her kids to step into the spotlight.
The Kardashians star has a lot on her plate as she manages a new career in acting, her reality television show and her billion dollar shapewear brand SKIMS.
It seems like she’s adding more to her load as she plans to step into a “momager” role for her kids, specifically one that just rapped in Japanese for a feature on FKA Twigs’ new album.
The reality star recently starred on Erin and Sara Foster’s podcast World’s First Podcast. During the episode, the three talked about everything from funny high school stories to how Kim remains grateful and present.
The guest also discussed parenting and how she’s dealing with her four kids already getting job offers. She admitted her oldest often gets “an offer to do a photo shoot or something.” When opportunities arise, every family member is involved in the decision to move forward or not.
Erin pointed out that her oldest is still “so young.” North is only 11 years old and has already been featured on Billboard’s Hot 100 list because of her feature on her dad Kanye West’s single Talking.
Kim admitted she can’t believe it herself but “because of just who their parents are,” she’s not surprised.
“They’re already in it, right?” referencing their presence in Hollywood since they were born.
Despite Kim’s understanding of North’s premature success, she isn’t pressuring her to take any job offers.

Kim wants each of them to “be their own people” and not feel “like they have to, you know, be in our shadows.”
