Naija News reports that an X user had shared a video of some men dancing at a party, claiming that Seyi Law is among them and also a supreme member of a cult group, Eiye.
The X user further alleged that almost everyone in the Southwest is a member of the cult group.
The post read, “So @seyilaw1 na supreme Eiye member. Almost everybody na Eiye for SouthWest.”
Reacting to the post, Seyi Law, who was not in the viral video, said he hoped Nigerians would not call it oppression if he takes action against the netizen.
He wrote, “I hope that when I take action now, people won’t call it oppression.”
Meanwhile, Seyi Law has expressed belief in President Bola Tinubu’s ability to fix Nigeria.
He stated that he does not pity Tinubu for taking the job as Nigeria’s president.
The comedian argued that Tinubu can help Nigeria get better by fixing the mess left behind by former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Seyi Law stated this via his X handle on Tuesday.
He said that all the criticisms being thrown at Tinubu is because he allowed Buhari to rule Nigeria again.
