Following the humongous success of the Baahubali franchise, South ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli left an indelible impact on the global platform with RRR, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead. Moreover, its energetic song 'Naatu Naatu' became the first song from an Indian film to win an Oscar. Above all, Ram Charan and Jr NTR grabbed eyeballs globally with their stellar performances in the flick. Earlier, Ram Charan had revealed that his Hollywood project is confirmed and will be announced soon. Now, it seems, Jr NTR may make his Hollywood debut and Superman helmer James Gunn may bring in the big lifetime opportunity for Tollywood's Young Tiger.
During an interview, Hollywood filmmaker James Gunn, known for directing iconic films like Superman, Guardians Of The Galaxy and Suicide Squad, highly spoke about the Devara actor.
He said, "I would like to work with him (NTR), who came along with tigers from cages and stuff. He is amazing, and I would like to work with him one day."
James also seems to be impressed with the effort put in by Jr NTR as he said, "He was so good."
Well, the Hollywood biggie appreciating the Tollywood actor clearly proves the impact RRR has made globally.
Hopefully, James might make an announcement soon. However, fans need to wait with their fingers crossed.
On the work front, Jr NTR is currently gearing up for War 2, which will mark his Bollywood debut. The movie also stars Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. According to the last updates, the team has almost completed the shooting of War 2, except for a dance number. It would be indeed a treat to witness the historical dance faceoff of Hrithik and Jr NTR. The Yamadonga actor also has an action thriller flick tentatively titled NTR31(Dragon) with KGF fame Prashanth Neel. Jr NTR was last seen in Devara: Part One, also starring Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.
